Founder members
Some niches never get software built for the way they actually work. If that is yours, this is the way in. You show us how the work really runs, we join up the tools worth keeping and clear out the ones that are not earning their place, and you end up with one system that fits, for less than you are paying now.

You already know this bit
The idea
We build niche platforms with the people who live in the niche, not for them from the outside. A founder member is the first business in a niche to come on board. You tell us how the work genuinely needs to run, and you get a connected platform shaped around it, on founder-member terms. Coreflow Integration joins up what you keep. Coreflow Operations and Coreflow AI only come in where a current tool is not earning its place.
A fair exchange
This only works if it is worth it for both of us. So here is exactly what each side is signing up to.
How it goes
You walk us through how the work really runs. Tool by tool, day by day. No assumptions from us.
The software that earns its place gets connected through Coreflow Integration, so your tools finally behave as one system.
Where a tool falls short, Coreflow Operations or Coreflow AI steps in, only where it does the job better. Where it does not, we leave well alone.
Your data, your workflows, until the whole thing holds up on a normal week rather than a good one.
Your niche gets its platform. You are the business that shaped it and the proof that it works.
The deal
One joined-up system that fits your niche. Less work done twice, fewer things slipping, and a smaller software bill than the one you are paying now. You get to reach your full potential, not a vendor's idea of it.
A platform proven in a niche we can then offer to others, shaped by someone who actually works in it, with you as the reference that stands behind it.
We are not going to dress this up as a favour running one way. You are giving us your time and your honesty, and we are giving you engineering and a platform built round how you work. It is a proper partnership, and it only stands up if both sides come out ahead.
The questions people actually ask
What you are signing up to
Less than you are probably fearing, but it is not nothing, and we would rather say so up front.
Realistically: a couple of proper conversations at the start where you walk us through how the work runs, then you and your team using it on real jobs and telling us what is wrong with it. The heavy lifting is ours. The knowing what good looks like is yours, and nobody else can do that part.
No. That is rather the point.
If a tool is doing its job and your team knows it inside out, we connect it and leave it alone. Coreflow Integration is the constant, it is what makes the pieces work as one. Coreflow Operations and Coreflow AI only come in where something is genuinely falling short. We are not going to talk you out of software that is working just so we can sell you ours.
Eventually, yes. I would rather tell you that now than have you find out later.
Building a platform for one business and never selling it again is a bespoke development project, and it costs what bespoke development costs. The whole reason founder-member terms work is that the platform goes on to serve others in your niche.
What you get for going first is real, though. It gets shaped around how you work, so it fits you best. You are on founder-member terms, not list price. And you are running a joined-up business while everyone else is still typing things in twice. If exclusivity is the thing you actually need, say so on the call, and we will have an honest conversation about what that costs instead.
Money and terms
Founder-member terms depend on what you are running and how much of it we are joining up, so a number here would be a guess and you would be right not to trust it.
What I can tell you is the shape of it. Most of the businesses we do this with end up spending less overall than they were, because the software we clear out pays for a good chunk of what replaces it. If the sums do not work for you, we will tell you that rather than sell you it anyway.
Small is usually why nobody built for it, and that is exactly the gap we are interested in.
What matters is not how many businesses are in your niche, it is whether the work has a shape we can build round, and whether there are enough of you that a platform makes sense once it exists. Worth a conversation. The worst case is fifteen minutes and an honest no.
Practicalities
Coreflow Operations runs on Microsoft Azure UK South in London, with backup in Cardiff, so your operational data stays in the UK.
Coreflow AI, the marketing and communications side, runs on US infrastructure with an IDTA and UK GDPR safeguards in place. We have a full Data Processing Agreement and it is all set out on the trust page rather than buried. Ask us anything about it on the call.
Then we say so and stop. Neither of us gains from dragging out something that is not landing.
The architecture is built to be swapped, which cuts both ways. Best-of-breed and open means you are never welded to us. If we are not earning our place, you should be able to leave, and you can. Retention through inertia is precisely the thing we started this company in reaction to.
Sooner than a rebuild, because we are not rebuilding. We are connecting what you already have.
The honest answer is that it depends on what your tools let us do. Some have proper APIs and it moves quickly. Some are far messier, and it takes longer. Once we have seen your stack we will give you a real timeline rather than an optimistic one.
Tell us what you run and how it hangs together at the moment. We will tell you honestly whether we can build something worth having, and we will say so just as honestly if we cannot.
