Lavender Green: from 10 to 40 staff, on a platform that scaled with them.

Lavender Green grew from 10 to 40 people. That kind of growth breaks systems that were not built to scale. Coreflow connected their existing CRM, Xero, and marketing automation into one platform, and gave the business the operational backbone it needed to grow without doubling the admin.

No replacement, no disruption. The tools worth keeping stayed. Coreflow connected them, and the business runs from one joined-up place.

About Lavender Green

London's premier floristry business.

Lavender Green is regarded as one of London's finest florists, with a proud history providing floristry for weddings, corporate events, major galleries, museums, historic houses, and prestigious sporting occasions including Wimbledon and Ascot.

Around 40 people, offices in Windsor and a shop in Chelsea. Every job involves florists, hardware, and logistics teams all working from the same information, where disconnected systems meant duplication, delays, and data re-entry at every turn.

Good systems. Not connected. Held together by manual effort.

Lavender Green had the right tools. The problem was they did not talk to each other, and the gap between them was filled by people doing things by hand.

Job documentation was central to everything. Florists needed to know what to order, hardware needed to know what to pull, delivery needed to know where and when. But producing those documents from disconnected systems was cumbersome and time-consuming.

Reporting meant someone manually extracting and correlating data. Finance data had to be re-entered separately. Customer relationships added another layer of complexity, with individual clients and venues often linked to the same job in ways the existing setup could not handle cleanly.

The systems were not the problem. The gaps between them were.

"Clear job documentation is central to everything. But it was cumbersome and time-consuming to produce those documents. Reporting was a big challenge too, it was difficult to get the data we need without someone doing it manually, and data needed re-entering to the finance system."

How Coreflow connected the existing stack

Every system Lavender Green had stayed in place. Coreflow connected them, so data flows automatically and the business runs from one platform.

What got connected

Coreflow connected the systems Lavender Green already had. Each integration eliminated a specific manual step. Nothing was replaced for the sake of it.

Existing CRM → Coreflow platform

Customers, clients and venues in one place

Their existing CRM connected directly into the platform, handling the complexity of Lavender Green's relationships, linking individual clients, companies and venues to the same job with a clear view of the full picture at all times.

Coreflow platform → Operations

Job documentation that runs the business

Clear job documents generated from the platform tell florists what to order, hardware what to pull, and delivery where and when, all from the same connected record without manual production.

Coreflow platform ↔ Xero (existing, connected in)

One click to invoice

As soon as work is invoiceable, the information finance needs goes straight into Xero with a single click. No cc-ing the accounts manager, no re-entering data, no risk of things being missed.

Coreflow platform ↔ Marketing automation (existing, connected in)

Marketing communications triggered from the platform

Their existing marketing automation stays in place and connects directly into the platform, so client communications trigger within the workflow rather than being managed separately.

Coreflow platform → Reporting

Any report, any time

Rather than pre-programmed extracts surfacing only certain information, the platform lets the team build a report for anything on the system, returning insight the business simply did not have before.

The difference

Faster processes, eliminated duplication, and insight the business never had before.

What this proves

The biggest gains came not from replacing what worked, but from connecting it.

One connected platform

Sales, operations, customer management, finance and marketing all running from one place, with no manual step needed to keep them in sync.

Keep what works

Xero and their marketing automation were earning their place. They stayed, and connected straight into the platform rather than being replaced for the sake of it.

Insight that drives growth

Reporting that used to require a person doing it manually now surfaces itself. The business is getting useful information it simply did not have before.

"We've streamlined our processes, increased efficiency, connected systems, and improved business management. The new system has made things faster and quicker, and the added efficiency creates more time to focus on other things."
