Pricing, in plain English
One joined-up platform to run your whole membership, your website, comms and data in one place.
We price the way we'd want to be priced to: one predictable monthly fee, based on the single number that reflects the size of your group, your membership, not how many volunteers log in. Below you'll find the real bands, a real worked example, and honest answers to the awkward questions.

Keep your payment provider
The biggest worry about moving systems is "will this disrupt how my members pay?" The answer is no. Coreflow connects to the payment provider you already run, so nobody re-enters card details and nothing about the money side changes.
Nottingham Forest Supporters' Trust kept the same Stripe account they were already on. No payment-provider change, no migration of members' payment setup, no disruption. We connected to it, and the rest of their world joined up around it.
Keep what works. We connect it, not replace it.
For supporters groups
Less money. Far more capability.
This is a real example, not a hypothetical. Before moving to Coreflow, Nottingham Forest Supporters' Trust ran their website, email, surveys and admin as four separate tools, paying for each, re-keying members by hand between them. Coreflow does all of it in one connected platform, for less than they were paying for the four that didn't join up.
A member existed four times over, once in the website, once in Mailchimp, once in the survey tool, once in Monday, with payments sitting off to the side. Nothing talked, so everything was re-keyed by hand.
One platform, £165/mo on Foundation, with the same Stripe wired straight in.
Less than they were paying for four tools that didn't talk to each other, and now a member is one joined-up record across website, email, surveys and renewals, with payments connected, not re-keyed four times by hand.
Based on Nottingham Forest Supporters' Trust's actual prior stack and spend, ex-VAT. Your own saving depends on the tools you run today; a group on fewer tools may save less, but still gains one joined-up system in place of several that don't connect. "Unlimited users" covers the team and volunteers managing your membership; logins for a separate, unrelated operation are chargeable.

What you’re replacing: memberships, renewals, messaging and website data joined up, instead of a patchwork of disconnected tools.
Included in every plan: connecting your systems, your website, email and survey tools brought together, with your payment provider wired in.
More than 40,000 members? Let's have a conversation, we'll tailor it to your scale.
Stop stitching together tools that don't talk to each other. We replace what's holding you back, connect what works, and give you one platform to run and grow your membership on. Let's map out how it comes together for you.
Proof, not promises
The fee isn't a cost to absorb, it's tools retired, members engaged, and a group that grows. These are Nottingham Forest Supporters' Trust's own numbers since moving to Coreflow.

Nottingham Forest Supporters' TrustPricing at a glance
Your monthly cost is built from up to three pieces. Most groups only ever think about the first.
One flat monthly fee, banded by your membership. Unlimited staff and volunteer logins, no per-seat fees.
From £165/moWe connect whatever you want to keep, your payment provider, your tools, and weave them into one platform. Part of your platform fee, not a separate bill.
Included in your platform feeA combined monthly pot for SMS, email and Coreflow AI is included; optional modules switch on only when you ask.
£30 to £100 includedThe Principle
The software industry makes its money on the treadmill: the next seat, the next module, the next upgrade. We don't. Per-seat pricing punishes you for adding the volunteers and committee members who keep a group running, the opposite of what good software should do, so we don't do it. We price on members, the one number that genuinely tracks the size of your group and the value you get from Coreflow.
You sit in a band and pay a flat, predictable monthly price. No surprises, no per-user creep as your committee or volunteer team grows.
The simplest, most stable number you have, and the one that genuinely reflects the size of your group. Never per login.
We set your band from your current membership plus 10% headroom for growth, then review it annually, not every time a number ticks up.
Connectors
There's no separate connector bill to decode here. Whatever you want to keep, your payment provider, your website tools, the systems your committee already lives in, we connect it and weave it into one working platform as part of your platform fee. Not bolted on, not "integrated" in name only, joined up so the whole thing runs as one.
NFST were already taking member payments through Stripe. We didn't ask them to change provider or move a single member's payment setup, we connected the Stripe they already ran. Whether you're on Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless or another provider, the money side stays exactly as it is, and the rest of your world joins up around it. The platform price is the price; connecting your systems is part of the job.
Migration
Moving onto Coreflow is a one-off, paid project, scoped and quoted before any work begins, so you sign off the number first. It's priced by how much work the move takes, the same way connectors are. Every migration is a full job, not a data dump.
| Complexity | What it covers | One-off fee |
|---|---|---|
| Simple | A single source system, clean data, standard configuration | from £750 |
| Standard | A few source systems, some data cleansing, full platform rebuild | from £2,000 |
| Complex / bespoke | Many, messy or legacy systems, custom rebuild and data work | Quoted by the hour (from £100/hr) |
Included Usage
Every plan includes a single monthly usage allowance that covers all your member messaging and AI in one pot. Spend it across whatever you need.

They Ask, We Answer
If you're weighing this up, you deserve straight answers. Here are ours.
Whatever band your membership falls into, that's it. A group with under 2,000 members pays £165/month on Foundation. Between 2,001 and 15,000 members it's £330/month on Momentum. Up to 40,000 members it's £660/month on Scale. Unlimited staff and volunteer logins are included in all of those.
The only way you'd pay more is if you go beyond your inclusive comms or AI allowance, or you choose to switch on an optional add-on. Both are shown transparently above.
No, and this is the question we get asked most. You keep your existing payment provider, we connect to it. Coreflow works with Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless and others, so your members carry on paying exactly as they do now. Nobody re-enters card details, nobody's payment setup is migrated. Nottingham Forest Supporters' Trust kept the same Stripe account they were already on, and the money side never changed.
Because members are the number that genuinely reflects how big your group is and how hard the system is working for you. Charging per login would be lazy and unfair, it would punish you for adding the volunteers and committee members who keep a group running. So we price on the one stable number that actually matters.
Yes. One set of bands for every supporters group, priced purely on your membership. The big six get their own special band, naturally, where they pay considerably more and complain about it loudly. (They don't, and there isn't one. The bands above are the bands, whoever you support.)
No. Connecting whatever you want to keep, your payment provider, your website tools, your existing systems, is part of your platform fee. We link them up and weave them into one working system, that's the job, not a separate connector bill. You take the platform, or you don't, and the platform price is the price.
In most cases, no. If a system has a modern API or a standard way to connect, we can wire it in. The honest exception is older legacy software that was never built to connect, no API, no integration hooks, and often not cloud-based at all. We don't pretend those are straightforward. We look at them case by case and talk it through with you, so you know up front what's possible, what isn't, and the best way forward.
For most groups, a patchwork of separate tools. Nottingham Forest Supporters' Trust were running their website, Mailchimp for email, SurveyMonkey for surveys and Monday.com for admin, four tools that didn't talk, with members re-keyed by hand between them. Coreflow does all of that in one connected platform, with your payments connected, for less than they were paying for the four separately.
Yes, migration is a one-off paid project, priced by complexity: Simple, Standard, or Complex. We scope and quote it before any work starts, so you approve the number first, and it sits separate from your monthly platform fee. Your website comes across onto the platform as part of the move, so your public site and your membership finally live in one place.
Most migrations take a few weeks, depending on scope and how many systems are involved. We plan the move around your group, so there's no big-bang switch-off: your current tools keep running until everything is across and you're ready to go live.
Your history comes with you. We migrate your member records and clean them on the way in, so nothing important is left behind, and everything is moved securely and checked against your source before you sign off.
It's shared, but the heavy lifting is ours. You give us access and your data, we handle the build, the configuration and the move itself. It's designed to be a job you delegate, not a project that lands on your committee or volunteers.
Every plan includes a combined monthly pot for SMS, email and Coreflow AI, £30, £60 or £100 depending on your band. Nothing breaks if you go over: anything beyond your allowance is simply billed in £20 blocks, and we'll flag it before you get near the limit, so there are no surprise bills.
As many as you need to run your group. There are no per-seat fees and no user cap, every member of your team and every volunteer who needs access gets their own login, included. We work on fair usage rather than a hard limit. If you ever wanted to add large numbers of logins for a separate, unrelated operation, we'd simply have a conversation about it first.
Basic support is included free on every plan: AI assistant, Portal and Email, with 16 service credits. Premium (+20% of your monthly fee) and Premium Plus (+30%) add Microsoft Teams and phone, faster response (within 4 hours, or 2 hours), and 24 service credits. The hours are the same across all three: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Your band is reviewed once a year, not every time a number changes. At each review we take your current membership and add 10% headroom for growth, so you're not bumped up the moment you sign one new member. If you grow into a higher band, you move up; if you shrink, you can move down.
We aim to keep our pricing more stable than your club's ticket prices each year. We charge what it costs, not what we reckon we can get away with.
If a vendor hikes their price or their product falls behind, we swap it out, no drama and no eighteen-month project. The right tool goes in the right place, and you're never trapped by someone else's price rises.
Our contracts run for 12 months. You choose how to pay: monthly across the year, or annually up front for a better price. We'll lay out both options plainly before you commit, so there are no surprises.
We don't think a lock-in should do the work a good product can. That's why your migration is fully managed, with a 30-day window during onboarding to make sure it's right for you. At the end of the 12 months your contract simply continues month to month unless you tell us otherwise, you're never auto-rolled into another fixed year.
